The doctors and nurses in general are very good and I am aware of this limited budget. However, the receptionists aren't helpful anymore. Well, the new receptionists don't have the same "will" of doing (things that the previously getting) appointments and prescriptions for patients. As I used to be a dentist I do know that receptionist make you clinic good or they distracting it so the new ones are more likely to destroy it.
Friendly, efficient.
Qualified efficient.
I was well looked after before the regular GP left. The service for stroke victims should be more efficient (and patients on INR).
I would like a doctor (not one of the staff) to be able to advise me on the correct amount of Warfarin to take.
I have always found the receptionists went above the call of duryt so to speak. The are always extremely helpful and caring nothing is too much troube.
The doctor give much more of their time than people think. I have found I am not being rushed or treated like a child, in all I have been treated with patience, kindness and respect, which is more than they themselves are at times.
